What is the first thing that comes to mind when you hear the words “artificial intelligence”? For the older generation, it is Terminator, and for the young it would be WALL-E, for example. According to VC, 40% of marketing and sales departments say that data science encompassing AI and machine learning is critical to their success as a department.
It’s easy to understand why. Marketing requires a lot of effort: planning campaigns, launching them, measuring and making small changes. AI can automate many of these tasks, increase productivity, and allow you to get back to work on other important tasks, such as customer satisfaction.

In this article Nix Solutions’ team will give you four ways you can start using AI-based marketing software in your company.
1. Customer focus and customer development
Each customer segment is individual. They have different values, beliefs, feelings and experiences. Sending the same messages to all your customers is a sure way to spend your budget on the wind. Marketo found that 78.6% of more than 2,200 consumers are willing to interact with the brand using coupons or other offers if these promotions are directly related to how they interacted with the brand before. In other words, consumers want personalization.
2. Campaign Monitoring
According to a HubSpot study, marketers spend about 16 hours a week on routine tasks. This is almost half the full work week. Integrate smart software into marketing and advertising campaigns to keep track of your campaign. Then you work as usual until you notice a burst of data or unusual activity that you can study.
3. Sales forecasting
Intelligent software has the ability to do analytics to predict sales. The technology uses machine learning based on historical data and real-time data.
4. Chatbots
Chatbots are designed using scripts similar to people and can answer questions before being translated into interaction with real sales representatives. This allows you to use chatbots to automate sales for potential customers.
